ACTIVE KIDS
Our aim here at Can-do Kids is to show everyone, adults and children alike, that exercise is, and always should be a happy, natural and positive experience. On this page you can find fun games and workout ideas for children, as well as tips, ideas and workouts to help grown-ups too.*

Can-do Kids is just getting started. We'll be adding more content over the coming weeks and months so please keep checking back for new material and resources, and don't forget to join our Can-do Kids Club to receive updates on our projects.

*Please be aware that all activities suggested in this resource should be supervised by an adult and are undertaken at the participants’/supervising adult’s own risk. Make sure you check your area is clear of tripping hazards, sharp corners, and other potential hazards before you start. Adapt the workout to make sure it is safe and suitable for the space you have. Always have water on hand so you can stay hydrated whilst you exercise. Make sure you warm up and cool down properly.
